Our Commitment
Every bottle of Thai Coco leaves our fulfillment center in perfect condition. If it doesn't reach you that way, we will make it right — no questions asked.
What We Accept
• Damaged or broken bottles on delivery — report within 24 hours with a photo or video
• Wrong product delivered — report within 24 hours
• Tampered seal or compromised packaging — report within 24 hours
What We Do Not Accept
• Returns due to change of mind
• Opened or partially consumed bottles
• Returns reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
How to Raise a Request
Write to us at info@therareelixirs.in with your order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and respond within 48 hours. Approved requests receive a full replacement or refund — your choice.
Refunds
• Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
• COD orders: refund via bank transfer — share account details at the time of request.
A Note on Taste
As a perishable imported food product, we are unable to accept returns based on taste preference or change of mind. We recommend starting with a Pack of 1 to experience Thai Coco before committing to larger packs.
